SEN Teaching Assistant - Join Our Dedicated Team!

Hours: Full-time, Term-time only, 8:30am-4pm

About Our School

Our school provides specialist education for pupils aged 2 to 19 years, offering a personalized and engaging curriculum tailored to each individual's needs. We foster a collaborative and positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students in their learning, communication, and personal development.
• Support students in various activities, ensuring their holistic needs are met by our multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and a School Nurse.
• Assist in facilitating access to our outstanding facilities such as hydrotherapy pools, sensory rooms, physiotherapy spaces, sensory gardens, and outdoor play areas.
• Encourage participation in work experience, community events, and enrichment activities to promote confidence and independence.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in an education support or care role.
