Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is helping a welcoming Redbridge school hire an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. Are you an experienced and qualified SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

I am currently working with a welcoming and supportive school in Redbridge that is looking to appoint a dedicated, experienced, and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

We are looking to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Relevant qualifications and/or proven experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
