We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our supportive and inclusive secondary school in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning needs.
· Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
· Offer one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and social development.
· Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
· Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans (EHCPs).
· Support students emotional well-being and encourage independence.
