Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Full-Time Supply SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a warm and welcoming special needs school in Hemel Hempstead. You'll be part of a dedicated team that supports students with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs.
Whether you're experienced in SEN or have personal or professional experience supporting someone with additional needs, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting amazing students in their daily learning and development
Assisting with classroom activities and one-to-one support
Helping students with communication, sensory needs, and emotional wellbeing
Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Assisting with personal care where required (training can be provided)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
Has experience in SEN settings or transferable experience from other roles (e.g. care work, youth work, personal support)
Can commit to full-time hours during term time
Brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humour!
Is adaptable and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
