We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive SEN school based in Lingfield, Surrey. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential by providing tailored support and encouragement. Key responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Supporting students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons and classroom activities
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all learners
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
• Promoting independence and emotional well-being
• Full on-site training provided
• Fantastic referral scheme- for every TA/LSA that you refer to us, you will receive 75, for every teacher receive 125.
• Dedicated Special Needs Consultant at Term Time Teachers who will liaise between you and the school
• A welcoming and well-resourced SEN school environment

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm
