Vision for Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Haverfordwest on a flexible supply basis.

You will support pupils with SEN/ALN, including ASC and ADHD, and deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, working closely with teachers to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing. The role offers flexible placements across Swansea and surrounding areas.

Vision for Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Haverfordwest on a flexible supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain flexible work while making a real difference to children with additional learning needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children with SEN and ALN in the classroom.

Requirements

To be considered for these Teaching Assistant jobs in Haverfordwest/Pembrokeshire, you'll ideally have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN or ALN.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), ALN Teaching Assistant, SEN Support Assistant, Care Worker, Residential Support Worker, Nursery Practitioner, Youth Worker, or Support Worker (desirable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and additional learning needs.
