Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Harrow to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2026. This full-time role supports students with special educational needs to access learning and develop independence.
You will provide one-to-one and small group support across Key Stages 3 and 4, collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff, and help implement EHCP strategies while upholding safeguarding and inclusive practices.
