Full Time Position - Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 3:30 pm
£90 - £110 per day (salary depends on experience and qualifications)
ASAP - April 2025

The School and Role

We are working closely with a school in the Leeds area that caters for a wide range of Special Educational Needs, including CMLN (Complex and Multiple Learning Needs), moderate or severe learning difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health), or autism.

Requirements

• Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of behaviour management and restorative strategies
• Experience and comfort with personal care
• Driving license is desirable
