Supply Desk Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in the Haywards Heath area.

You will work alongside teaching staff to provide individual and small-group support for pupils with SEND, SEMH and other learning needs. This full-time, term-time role offers 36 hours per week with daily pay in the £85-£105 range, long-term opportunities, and access to CPD training.

About the Role

Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in the Haywards Heath area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs and wants to play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff to provide individual and small-group support, helping pupils engage with their learning while also supporting their social, emotional and behavioural development.
