SEN Teaching Assistants – Full-Time Roles | Guildford, Camberley, Woking and Surrounding Areas | September Start

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Do you have experience supporting students in a school environment? We are currently recruitingdedicated SEN Teaching Assistantsfor a number offull-time positionsin Surrey, startingSeptember 2025.

Roles available on:

  • Supply basis

  • Temp-to-perm

  • Permanent contracts

About the Role:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training
