Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support students aged 8–18 with SEMH needs. You’ll help deliver a fun, functional curriculum tailored to individual learning needs, often working one-to-one or in small groups. Our students have experienced trauma and may display challenging behaviours, so empathy, resilience, and a trauma-informed approach are key.
