Job summary

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Gloucester. The successful candidates will support pupils with additional learning needs both within the classroom and through targeted individual or small-group support.

The role involves assisting pupils with SEN, providing one-to-one or small-group support, and collaborating with teachers to promote learning and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is required.
• Calm, patient and supportive approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Job Type: Full-Time, Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: 95 - 110 per day
