Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well‑established SEN school in Ealing. You will support students aged 5–16 with needs including ASD and ADHD, delivering 1:1 and small-group assistance alongside the class teacher.

The role requires strong behaviour management, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with pupils to help them reach their full potential in a supportive environment. This full-time post starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN including ASD and ADHD.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
• Previous experience in a SEN setting is preferred.
