Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated SEN school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis. You will support students with ASD, ADHD, and other needs, delivering 1:1 and small group assistance alongside the class teacher.

You should have experience in similar roles, and a proactive, patient approach to manage behaviour and support learning outcomes. This position starts ASAP and offers ongoing training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN, including ASD and ADHD.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small group support in classroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students.
• Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.
• Work with the teacher and support staff to help students reach their potential.
