Salary: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

CER Education is Seeking Compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for September Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role this September? CER Education is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Doncaster from the start of the new academic year.

The Role:

From September 2025, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and physical disabilities)

• Work closely with teachers to implement EHCPs and individual learning plans

• Adapt learning materials and classroom activities to meet diverse needs

• Use positive behaviour management strategies to support engagement

• Foster independence and social development in pupils

• Assist with personal care where required (position-dependent)

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in educational settings

• Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions

• Relevant training (e.g., Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) advantageous

• Patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education

• Available to start in September 2025
