Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant required – Coventry – £97 – £110 per day

Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for encouraging progression in your pupils? This exciting SEN Teaching Assistant vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you are seeking more flexibility and a placement in a good school in Coventry. This rewarding role is to start after Easter and will be ongoing until further notice.

SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities and duties:

1. You will support students with various SEN difficulties, particularly Autism.
2. You will implement school policies and procedures, manage the classroom, and oversee behaviour.

SEN Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience are encouraged to apply, including NQTs.

To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant role, you should have:

• The relevant qualifications to work in a teaching environment with SEN students.
• The ability to build positive relationships quickly with staff and students.
• Previous experience supporting SEN students with strong classroom management skills.
