Are you passionate SEN Teaching assistant and want to make a real difference in children's lives?
Do you have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Location: Primary school in Westminster London
Start Date: Immediate or September start
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: 90- 100 per day


An inclusive and vibrant primary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN

  • Promote inclusive learning and manage behaviour positively

  • Help create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment
  • Liaise with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good level of literacy and numeracy

  • Enhanced DBS
