Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Bushey, Hertfordshire. You’ll support pupils needing help with learning, communication and emotional regulation, alongside teaching staff. The role is full-time, term time, with a daily pay of 100.

Appointment is subject to safeguarding checks, suitable references and an enhanced DBS. Prior experience as a TA or SEN TA is particularly relevant across primary, secondary or specialist education.

Prospero Teaching is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Bushey.

You’ll work alongside teaching staff to support pupils who need additional help with learning, communication and emotional regulation.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Build strong relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
• Adapt support to different pupils and situations.
• Deliver activities prepared by the class teacher.
• Recognise when a pupil needs additional reassurance.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, HLTA or Learning Support Assistant is particularly relevant. Experience across primary, secondary or specialist education is welcome.

Pay is 100 per day.
