Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism in Dereham and the surrounding areas. This role involves working with children who have Special Educational Needs in primary, secondary or specialist settings.

You will provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis, collaborating with teaching staff to help learners achieve their targets and develop essential skills for independence.

Teaching Personnel's specialist SEN team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism in Dereham and the surrounding areas. The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with Autism and additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure each student receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.
