We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant at a well-regarded school in Bracknell.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.

Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.

Work with small groups or individual students who may need additional support.

Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they can fully participate in lessons.

Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.

Strong communication skills and a patient, understanding approach.

Previous experience in a teaching or support role is preferred, but not essential.

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work well in a team.

A commitment to promoting a safe and positive learning environment for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
