Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school located in Blackpool, Lancashire. This full-time role will begin in September 2025 and continue for the entire academic year, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
The Role
We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support children across the primary age range who require additional learning support. This role involves working one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and ensure each child thrives both academically and emotionally.
