Contract Type: Long-Term, Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience


Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community from September for a long-term role.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
  • Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
