About the role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

1. Deliver exceptional support to students with additional needs, fostering engagement in their learning journey
2. Provide one-to-one assistance to support academic and personal development when required
3. Assist classroom teachers with daily lesson preparation and classroom management
4. Help students develop emotional resilience and essential life skills
5. Be flexible and willing to work across the school’s multiple sites and outreach centres

About you:

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Has a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people
2. Remains calm and professional, even in challenging situations
3. Brings prior experience working with individuals with additional needs
4. Holds a valid driving license, has been driving for at least 2 years, and owns a vehicle with business-use insurance (or is willing to obtain it)
5. Has a good sense of humour and a flexible, adaptable mindset
