Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Teacher to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in Rawmarsh. The role welcomes full-time, part-time and flexible arrangements, with hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm and a competitive daily rate.

Applicants should be a qualified teacher (QTS) with SEN experience, able to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned to the Primary curriculum. DBS Update Service is preferred or willingness to apply.

• Enhanced DBS on Update Service preferred or willingness to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role:

• Experience in a Primary setting however ECT’s are equally as welcome
• Strong experience within the special educational needs (SEN) sector
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and abilities
• Has a strong understanding of a Primary curriculum
• Maintains the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school hold
• Variety of adapted teaching across KS1, and KS2

Requirements:

• A qualified teacher (QTS) with preferred secondary experience
• Strong knowledge and experience working with SEN students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
