Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Specialist SEN Teacher for an outstanding SEN school in Solihull. The role is a 12-week temp-to-perm placement with a paid trial period to ensure the right fit with school ethos and practice.

You will support pupils with EHCPs for ASD, SLD and complex needs, using Rosenshine principles and maintaining high standards of teaching. Start ASAP. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
• Specialist SEN experience for Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD).
• Familiar with Rosenshine principles and approaches.
• Experience in an outstanding SEN school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SEN teaching to pupils with EHCPs (ASD, SLD, complex needs).
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and behavioural supports in a specialist setting.

Prospero Midlands SEN Team are seeking a teacher who would like a perm post, who are happy to work supply for 12 weeks, ensuring they are the right candidate for the job before taking on full classroom responsibility, Temp-To-Perm can be an insightful way to ensure you are happy with school ethos, values and practise.

Pay: GBP167- GBP212 per day
