Job summary

Justteachers Ltd in Rugby is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a KS2 class from September 2026, teaching pupils with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

You will plan differentiated lessons, assess progress against EHCP targets, and work with assistants, therapists and families to support academic, social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching primary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND, EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, flexible and nurturing approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Justteachers is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Rugby to recruit a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
