Job summary

Justteachers is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby from September 2026. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, MLD, and SEMH.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
