Protocol Education is seeking a confident SEN Teacher specialising in SEMH and behaviour in Sunderland. You will create a safe, structured classroom where pupils feel understood and encouraged to succeed.

Responsibilities include planning differentiated lessons, supporting pupils with SEMH, and tracking progress toward EHCP outcomes. Collaboration with TAs and pastoral teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH, PRU, alternative provision or specialist SEND settings.
