Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming specialist provision in Brighton and Hove seeking a dedicated SEN Secondary Teacher from September 2026. You will teach Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and working with staff, SENCOs and therapists to support pupils with a range of needs in a nurturing setting.
You will deliver differentiated, high-quality lessons, align activities with EHCP targets, and foster an inclusive environment that develops academic, social and emotional skills.

Daily Rate: £174.71 £240.71 (dependent on experience)
Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive specialist provision in Brighton and Hove, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Secondary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within a structured and nurturing environment.
As an SEN Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, adapting teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND. You will work closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and wider professionals to create a safe, consistent, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

An enhanced DBS, including a children s barred list check and, where applicable, a vulnerable adults barred list check, is required for all successful candidates.

To be considered for a higher rate, in addition to meeting the minimum criteria, you must be able to demonstrate additional experience, training, and if applicable, qualifications.
