Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a SEN Teacher for Lewisham to deliver differentiated lessons and develop individual learning plans aligned with EHCP targets. You will support students with various SEN needs and collaborate with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO, and external professionals to foster development.

Strong inclusive teaching methods, DBS clearance, and excellent communication are essential as you monitor progress and adapt strategies to create a structured, engaging classroom

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
