Job summary

CERT Solutions Ltd in Oldbury is recruiting a full-time SEN Teacher to join a welcoming special school. You will teach a KS3 semi-formal class and deliver an engaging, personalised curriculum to pupils with a range of additional needs.

The role starts September, offers long-term security, collaboration with teaching assistants and therapists, and opportunities to plan, deliver and assess lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience in a special school or with pupils with SEND is preferred.
• Able to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team.

• Delivering small group or one-to-one catch up sessions.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive special school in Oldbury for a full-time SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a KS3 semi-formal class, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs through an engaging, personalised curriculum. The successful candidate will be committed to helping every student reach their full potential while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role:

• Full-time SEN Teacher

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have previous experience working within a special school or with pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Be confident in adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people

What You Will Be Doing:
