Job summary

CERT Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming special school in Oldbury for a full-time SEN Teacher to start asap. You will teach a KS3 semi-formal class and tailor an engaging curriculum to pupils with additional needs.

The ideal candidate has QTS, experience in a special school or with SEND, and strong classroom management and communication skills. You will collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and the school team to plan, deliver and assess lessons.

The Role:

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working within a special school or with pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Be confident in adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people
