Job summary

I C Talent Ltd is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join schools across Peterborough from September 2026. The role involves planning and delivering differentiated SEN lessons in an inclusive, supportive environment.

You will work with teaching assistants and staff to monitor pupil progress, support development, and build strong relationships with pupils and parents. QTS is desirable and a DBS Update Service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience.
• Experience working with pupils with SEN/additional needs is highly desirable.
• Caring, patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• QTS is desirable/required, depending on the school.
• A DBS check on Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
