Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons for pupils with SEMH, ASC and ADHD.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and families.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress toward EHCP outcomes.
• Promote independence and communication.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
