Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited is hiring a SEN Teacher to work in a specialist setting in Hemel Hempstead. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with complex needs, collaborating with teaching assistants and professionals.

The role offers a temporary to permanent contract, start ASAP or negotiable, and a daily rate of £170-£230 depending on experience and qualifications. You will support pupils' communication, independence and personal development.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in SEN/SEND settings.
• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs.
• Knowledge of autism (ASD), SLD or PMLD.
• Able to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
