Job summary

Supply Desk are currently looking for a passionate, committed SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school in the Hemel Hempstead area. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN, supporting academic progress and social development.

The role requires QTS and experience with EHCPs; you will work with teaching assistants and therapists, maintain accurate records, and contribute to safeguarding. The position is full-time with ongoing support and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lessons to pupils with SEN and EHCP targets.
• Excellent communication with pupils, parents and professionals.
• Strong safeguarding commitment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated SEN lessons meeting individual pupil needs.
• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and language needs.
• Maintain inclusive classroom environment and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
• Record progress aligned to EHCP targets.
