• Teach pupils with ASC, SEMH and complex learning needs.
• Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess progress using SEN assessment methods.
• Develop and review EHCP led targets.
• Lead and support teaching assistants and support staff.
• Work with therapists, families and external agencies.
• Maintain safeguarding and behaviour management standards.
