Ideal Candidate:
A qualified SEN Teacher with experience teaching in an SEN or inclusive mainstream setting.

A calm, nurturing teaching style and a strong understanding of behaviour support.
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
