Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Swindon is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist setting. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons while creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment that meets pupils with additional needs.

You will support pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH, adapt teaching strategies to individual profiles, manage behaviour positively, build trusting relationships, monitor progress and collaborate with TAs, SENCOs and other

Prospero Teaching are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist setting in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with additional needs, behavioural difficulties and complex learning requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons while creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. You may be supporting pupils with needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, so the ability to adapt teaching and build strong, trusting relationships is essential.
