Location: Slough | Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (DOE)

The Role:
You’ll deliver tailored, creative lessons to meet diverse learning needs in a nurturing, supportive environment that prioritises pupil and staff wellbeing. Collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families will be central to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
• Monitor pupil progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with the SEN team, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
Strong communication and teamwork skills
