Job summary

Vision for Education Brighton is seeking SEND Supply Teachers to work across a variety of specialist and mainstream schools. Flexible roles include both full- and part-time days, with opportunities for longer placements.

You’ll support pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH, and contribute to inclusive education across different settings. Salary ranges from £123.60 to £200 per day, dependent on qualifications and experience, discussed at registration.

About the Position

As a SEND Supply Teacher, you'll have the chance to work across a diverse range of schools, delivering engaging lessons. Some roles will involve planned cover, while others will call on your adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills to meet the needs of different learners on the day. Every placement offers the opportunity to build confidence, inspire learning, and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • Be available between 1-5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • QTS or relevant teaching qualification
