This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher to join a highly successful SEN school for primary-aged pupils with autism, severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, and related learning difficulties. Located in the London borough of Hounslow, the school is seeking an experienced, skilled, and passionate SEN teacher with a creative teaching approach to cover a 12-month maternity leave starting September.

The SEN Teacher Role

This Hounslow SEN school is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic specialist SEN teacher for a maternity cover from September. The successful candidate can choose to work in either KS1 or KS2, as classes have not yet been allocated. SEN teaching skills are essential, with recent UK experience teaching in a SEN setting, and knowledge of ASD and SLD required. The role involves teaching an informal multi-sensory curriculum to pupils working at low P Levels.

Applicants must have recent UK SEN teaching experience and hold QTS/QTLS or equivalent.
