An upcoming and dynamic growing school for ages 11 to 19 in High Wycombe are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate SEN Teacher. The successful SEN Teacher will showcase an understanding of working with children who display complex learning needs and will have a commitment to SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) students, who are unable to attend mainstream schools. The ideal SEN Teacher will be familiar working with EHCP. This SEN Teacher will also build great relationships with students and colleagues working in small groups to create a positive and comfortable environment for all.

The model SEN Teacher will be determined to provide students with a calm and safe climate to supply a secure and cheerful learning environment. The SEN Teacher will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum ensuring that children meet their individual needs.
