We are seeking someone who understands that successful learning begins with positive relationships and who can adapt their approach to meet the individual needs of every child. The successful candidate will be hardworking, dedicated and passionate about improving outcomes for children. Empathy, compassion, patience and resilience are essential, alongside the ability to remain calm, consistent and nurturing when supporting children who may communicate their needs through distressed or challenging behaviour. Experience of working with pupils with SEMH, ASC, complex needs and/or behaviours that challenge would be highly beneficial. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, understood, valued and able to succeed.

Salary and role within the school will be dependent upon qualifications and experience and will be in line with the National Teacher Pay Scales. Teachers are eligible to participate in the Teachers' Pension Scheme.
