Job summary

Mana Education is actively recruiting SEN Teachers to support pupils in Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to long-term and permanent roles in specialist schools and SEND provisions.

We welcome teachers with QTS or UK-recognised equivalent and SEND experience, committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice. Roles cover primary and secondary ages with various contract types and flexible hours.

Qualifications

QTS / equivalent recognised teaching qualification OR relevant experience in UK schools
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A calm, patient and adaptable approach
Passion for helping pupils achieve their potential

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, personalised learning across a range of SEND provisions.
Help pupils build confidence, independence and essential life skills.
Teach across primary and secondary age groups.
Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Support day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term and permanent SEN teaching placements.
