Job Opportunity: KS1/KS2 Teacher with SEN Experience
Location: Burnley
Full-Time | Start Date: Monday 2nd June 2025
Salary (dependent on experience): £120 - £140 per day
We are seeking an enthusiastic KS1/KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who brings creativity, empathy, and energy to the classroom, and who has a strong understanding of how to support learners with diverse needs.

The Role
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for either KS1 or KS2.
- Support children with a range of special educational needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2.
- Strong SEN experience, including working with EHCPs and supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and/or learning difficulties.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for inclusive teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
