Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for Mountbatten Way in Raunds to support pupils with additional needs and contribute to an inclusive classroom.

The role is full-time on a temporary contract with potential for permanency. The candidate should be patient, reliable and able to build strong relationships while following safeguarding guidelines; training and ongoing support are provided.

Salary: Pay to scale (Depending on level of experience)
Contract: Full-time (temporary position with possibility of permanent)

We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Mountbatten Way, Raunds, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in students’ development.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
