Tradewind Recruitment in St Albans is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time maternity cover role, starting immediately (September 2026). Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire. Salary: 95+ per day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including 1:1 and small group support.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills in a school setting.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in 1:1 and small-group settings.
