Job summary

Christ Church First School in Frome is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant on a fixed term contract until 31 August 2027. The role is 19.5 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, 8:15-3:15 with 30 min lunch), term time plus 2 days, pro rata salary.

The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs, working closely with class teachers. A caring team and strong Christian ethos are central to our school.

Term Time only + 2 days (38.4 working weeks / 45.2 paid weeks)

BWMAT Band C, SCP 5-6 (£26,427 - £26,847 FTE, pro rata)

Actual salary from £12, 073- £12, 265 per year

The children, staff and Governors of Christ Church First School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and experienced team.
