We are looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to help students with complex needs, challenging behaviours, and learning difficulties. You will be working with children and young people who need 1:1 support for multiple reasons, such as:
· Autism, ADHD
· Anxiety
· Exclusion
· Speech and language difficulties
· Physical and mental health issues
The candidate must have:
· Experience working with children and young people with difficult behaviour
· Experience of working in a school or as a health care worker is preferred
· Confidence to make decisions
· Excellent communication
· Empathy and understanding
Candidate will need to have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service.
